Rustic Elegance at it's Finest

The historic Dell-Lea is a premier, full-service wedding venue located in central New Hampshire.   We provide gourmet, on-site catering, a full-service bar, professional, attentive staff that includes a day-of coordinator with an option to upgrade for additional planning services, and the setup and break down of tables, chairs, linens, glassware, silverware, and china. 


Our wedding venue is situated upon a hill surrounded by 236 acres with scenic views of mountains, forest, and sky. Our manicured grounds are the perfect backdrop for your ceremony and photos. The renovated 1788 barn comfortably accommodates up to 180 guests and provides rustic elegance for your reception.

Meet the Dell-Lea Family

Owners, David and Toutou Marsden

Toutou was born in Vientiane, Laos and, at the age of five, immigrated to the US with her parents and eleven siblings.

Over the years, Toutou’s family has owned and operated many restaurants in which she helped with food prep, waited tables, trained new staff, and this is where she developed a love for foodservice and hospitality. 

David was born in Columbus, Ohio and moved to New Hampshire when he was five years old. David developed his love for hospitality while working at various restaurants and event venues throughout the Mt. Washington Valley area. 

Toutou and David met while attending Plymouth State University and after graduating, moved to Boston where Toutou spent eighteen years working for a fortune 500 company and David worked in a number of capacities within the financial industry. Later, they and their two children spent three years living on a boat traveling the East Coast, Caribbean, Central and South America.

Toutou oversees the ‘back of house’ operations including the waitstaff, marketing and outreach efforts, and relationship management. Her favorite part of the job is receiving hugs from the couples and their families at the end of the night.


David is the guy who cuts the grass and it's one of his favorite things to do. He and the Dell-Lea grounds crew take pride in keeping our beautiful 236 acres manicured and the lawn stripes pristine. When he’s not outside, David manages the company finances, bar services, and shares business development responsibilities with Toutou.

Your Wedding Planner, Ashley Haglund

Ashley has been coordinating weddings at Dell-Lea since 2017 and is intimately familiar with our venue as she was also married at Dell-Lea in 2016. Ashley is a master of organization, and with her warm energy and bright laugh, she gives you peace of mind that your special day will be smooth and effortless. Ashley takes care of the details so you can focus on making memories.

Your Wedding Planner, Toutou Marsden


With strong roots in New Hampshire, Toutou's journey brought her from Plymouth State University to a Fortune 500 company in Boston where she worked in various roles in sales, marketing, events, and project management. Through her vast experience, her love for event planning captured her heart. Combined with her project management experience and her role as one of Dell-Lea’s owners she has overseen over 700+ weddings. Dell-Lea has become one of New Hampshire’s award-winning premier wedding venues in recent years. Let Toutou’s personal approach, insight, and know-how help create the romantic wedding you envision.

Your Executive Chef, Adam Martin

Adam has been working in the culinary industry since the age of 15, and though we promised not to give away his age, we can say that he’s been cooking professionally for over 30 years in many prominent restaurants throughout the Granite State. Adam’s passion is making comfort food for his Mom, nieces, and nephews. When he is not in the kitchen, he loves taking long rides on his Harley, playing disc golf, and messing around with his dog (who, may we add, eats very well).

Your Coordinator, Laurie Russell

Laurie Russell is an amazing homeschool mom of four on weekdays.  On the weekends she shares her love of weddings with our lucky couples.  Laurie had the joy of planning her oldest daughter's wedding this past summer.  When she is not busy teaching and coordinating weddings, she loves playing and teaching piano, singing and leading a band.  In total honesty, Laurie still cries at the wedding no matter how many she has done! Her favorite part of coordinating is the first dance and parent dances.

Graham is a well-seasoned bartender with phenomenal talent for making mixed drinks. With Meghan by his side and their exceptional knowledge of cocktails, and fun personalities, these two will help light up your reception!

Our knowledgeable waitstaff team is not only well tenured, attentive, and committed to providing unrivaled service, they are also the heart of the Dell-Lea family. Our waitstaff understand the importance of your special day and truly love going above and beyond to make sure that your event is one of a kind!

Your Grounds & Maintenance Crew

These guys are the ones who keep our venue looking beautiful and running like a well-oiled machine. They are mostly behind the scenes, but their work does not go unnoticed.
