Directions & Travel Tips
From Concord: Approximately 15 minutes via 393 East to the Epsom Circle and North on 28
From Manchester: Approximately 35 minutes via I-93 and Route 4
From Boston: Approximately 90 minutes via I-93 North
GPS Users: Our address works perfectly with all GPS systems. Look for our sign at the entrance!
Arriving by Car
We have ample on-site parking for all guests. Our parking area is well-lit and just a short walk from our venue entrance. Please follow the directional signs upon arrival, and our staff will be happy to assist you. Please park in front of the building and enter through the front staircase.
Handicap Parking
We have three designated handicap parking spots in our upper parking lot located to the left of the building as you drive up the driveway. We have back and side entrances with ramps.

What to Wear
Your invitation will specify the dress code, but here are some tips for visiting Dell-Lea:

Outdoor Events: Our grounds are beautifully maintained but consider comfortable footwear if you'll be walking on grass or gravel paths. Wedge heels or block heels work better than stilettos outdoors!

Weather Considerations: New Hampshire weather can be unpredictable. Bring a light wrap or jacket for evening events, even in summer. We offer a large coat room to hang up your jackets.

Dell-Lea is known for exceptional catering. Our chef-prepared menus feature fresh, high-quality ingredients and generous portions. Many guests tell us our wedding food is the best they've ever had!

We take dietary restrictions and allergies seriously. If you have specific dietary needs, please inform your host when you RSVP so we can prepare accordingly. With advanced notice, we should be able to accommodate your allergies. We regularly accommodate:

Dell-Lea is a photographer's dream! Our property offers countless beautiful backdrops for photos. Feel free to capture memories, but please be mindful of the following:

Unplugged Ceremonies: Some couples request unplugged ceremonies. If asked, please silence phones and enjoy the moment without devices.

Respect the Couple's Photographer: Stay out of the aisle and key sightlines during important moments so professional photographers can capture them.

Is there cell phone service at Dell-Lea?
Yes! Most major carriers have good coverage at our property.
Does UBER or LYFT service go to Dell-Lea?
These car services have come in the past to pick up guest but you will need to plan ahead and know that is can take up to 45 minutes for pick up service.
Can I smoke on the property?
Designated smoking areas are available outside, away from main event spaces. Please ask staff for locations.
What if the weather is bad?
Don't worry! We have beautiful indoor spaces that can accommodate any event, and we're experienced in making quick weather-related transitions seamless.
Is there a coat check?
For most events, we provide a designated area for coats and bags. Staff will direct you upon arrival.
Can children attend events at Dell-Lea?
This depends on the specific event. Check your invitation or ask your host. When children are invited, we do our best to make them comfortable and welcome!
What time should I arrive?
Your invitation will include timing details. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to find parking, locate the restrooms, and get settled before the event begins.
